John has over 40 years experience in the IT industry, working in highly successful companies delivering a plethora of IT related products, solutions and services. John has held senior positions within companies including Future Technologies, ACI Computer Services and Ferntree Computer Corporation. John founded Balance Management Pty Ltd in early 1998, a company offering a range of management consulting services to the Public Accountant, SME and corporate market across Australia.
John has worked for Hartley Computers, Solution 6 Group and MYOB in the capacity of National Sales Manager and then National Manager of the Outsourcing Division. He has worked in a variety of roles “in Practice” providing him the insight into the processes required to operate an efficient and successful firm.
John sits on the Marist Brothers Province Finance Commission, the Marist College North Shore Advisory Committee and Chairs the Sisters of Mercy Foundation. He is a playing life member of Northbridge Football Club and enjoys swims most days of the year with the Bold & Beautiful Swim Squad Manly. John was educated in the United Kingdom.
Judy has extensive Bookkeeping knowledge and 20 years experience whereby she has gained expertise in many fields with a passion for Debt Recovery.
During her career she has been employed as a Credit Analyst and Accounts Receivable Manager by Tech Pacific, Tremco and De Beer Australasia & for the past 3 years owned and operated a successful Jim’s Bookkeeping Franchise.
During this time Judy was affectionately named “Judge Judy” due to the reputation she gained for successfully reducing days outstanding for monies owed.
Judy joins the Balance Management Team to ensure Clients debts are recovered wherever possible by her unique style of developing a relationship with your Debtor to gain commitment and payment of overdue debts.
Geraldine’s career began in outsource vendor management and off-shoring for Datacom and Microsoft Australia resulting in her working at Microsoft HQ in Seattle, WA with responsibility across Australia, Asia, New Zealand, Nth America and Sth America . Her background in Customer Service and Operations Management led to her involvement in a worldwide project to turn around the Microsoft experience of Enterprise customers for Microsoft.
Upon returning to Sydney, Australia Geraldine continued her career working and consulting in Marketing and Customer Experience for MYOB, engin and Graphisoft and co-founded and launched her own e-business.
Geraldine has expertise in consultation to Professional Service firms across Accounting & Architect sectors to build customer retention and loyalty and define and execute marketing strategies for organisations to increase brand awareness, sales and cross sell for existing clients.
